The computer at the Singapore Civil Defence Force has been calling the phone at home since afternoon every 1/2 hour and delivering message that number 68440844 should be called immediately
When I call this number and provide my NRIC, the message is “You are not mobilised”
It looks like our number is in the database by mistake
I have been able to reach a MAJor at SCDF and the MAJor states “I will see what i can do”
I have told the MAJor that we have a baby at home and cannot wake up every 1/2 hour to answer the phone !
The SCDF should consider providing the NRIC number in the automated message so that it is easy to fix such issues !
